The SPINJET keeps up with HP Designjet developments.
A new line of 5000 printers has been released from HP: The Designjet 5500 series. This new printer series is improved in several areas and is already fully compatible with the new SPINJET 5500:

  • Increased productivity (up to 2 times faster than the Designjet 5000 series!)
  • Additional print mode – now 4 options: max quality, productivity, production (new) and max speed.
  • New media heater (avoid media deformation when using paper-based media)
  • Larger hard disk drive (now 40.0 GB)
The SPINJET 5500 supports the 42” HP and
is the only fully automatic 60” double-sided proofer on the market
  • With the release of the Designjet 5500 the SPINJET 5500 is the fastest double-sided solution on the market.
  • The SPINJET 5500 can print up to 4 meters for banner and poster production and up to 2.5 meters for imposition proofing, thus servicing customers with needs for both imposition proofing and/or signage production.
  • The SPINJET 5500 is a dual purpose, dual sided, non-impact solution for digital imaging.
