With SPINJET you have the opportunity to choose between double-sided media available on the market from a wide range of suppliers.
SPINJET specifications are valid only when using TechSage approved media
All use of other media types, is however at the exclusive risk of the user. TechSage or Hewlett-Packard will not be liable for any product failures due to use of non-approved media.
When experimenting with other media types, please consider the following issues, which will influence the end-result:
- Stiffness, thickness (weight) and curling
- Inner measurement on roll, i.e. end of roll curling
- 3” core is recommended
- Length of paper roll
- Coating and bleeding (the special coating on the approved media also limits paper stretch, which has an influence on accuracy)
In general, seek the advice of your local SPINJET dealer.

DuPont Dylux® Digital from DuPont.
The DuPont Dylux® Digital Imposition proofing media is the reference
media used for final testing of SpinJets at our manufacturing site.
